🔒 Pre-Placement Checks

• DBS level checked and verified where the role, work setting, duties or client requirement makes it applicable (Update Service confirmed where used)
• Minimum 2 employment references - at least one from a recent role relevant to the work offered, such as care, support, healthcare, domestic, security or interpreting (company email addresses preferred)
• Proof of right to work in the UK (current documentation)
• NMC Pin verification for all Registered Nurses
• Language, dialect, interpreting-mode, confidentiality, and right-to-work checks for interpreter roles, with setting-specific vetting where applicable
• SIA licence type, licence expiry, identity, right-to-work, and incident-reporting checks for Security Officer roles
• Domestic Assistant checks matched to the setting, such as COSHH, infection control, health & safety or food hygiene where relevant
• HCPC registration check where applicable
• CQC registration confirmation
• Identity verification with photo ID
• Full employment history review and gap analysis
• Criminal conviction declaration where legally applicable to the role
• Disqualification from childcare check where the assignment involves relevant childcare settings
• Adults Barred List confirmation where the role and duties legally require it
• Safeguarding self-declaration signed
• 48-hour Working Time Regulations opt-out (where applicable)

All workers are verified to hold current mandatory training certificates before any placement begins.
